DHAKA, Nov 27, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi celebrated the 54th Armed Forces Day on November 24, highlighting the historic bonds of friendship, shared sacrifices and enduring defence ties between Bangladesh and India.

A Bangladesh court has handed former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina a 21-year prison sentence in three corruption cases concerning land allocations. This verdict follows a separate death sentence for her role in last year's protests.
