Green remains a critical part of the Warriors' success, especially more on offense this season as a facilitator.
Draymond Green missed his third straight game on Wednesday after getting ruled out with an illness and a back injury, with the former being more significant than the latter. Green was seen walking out of morning shootaround as it opened to the media at the Target Center.
This season, Green is averaging 8.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.2 blocks per game, but with poor 41.7/36.2/61.5 shooting splits. Green continues to do so much for this Warriors squad but is certainly taking steps back from his prime.
Before meeting the Boston Celtics at Chase Center on Monday, the Warriors provided an injury update for Green. After undergoing an MRI, Green has suffered a mild calf strain and is now set to be re-evaluated in a week. Via @warriors on Twitter:
