A fter he missed back-to-back games with a foot injury, it appeared that Arizona Cardinals starting quarterback Kyler Murray would return Monday in Dallas. That will not be the case, however, as head coach Jonathan Gannon announced on Saturday that Jacoby Brissett will start in Week 9, via ESPN’s Josh Weinfuss.
