More snow and high winds continue Monday with blizzard occurring after sunset. Considerable snow drifts, blowing snow, and low visibility during the night. Final snowfall totals should reach 18-24″ north of Hwy 29. 12-20″ is expected around Appleton and Green Bay with 6-12″ from Oshkosh and Manitowoc southward. Travel is STRONGLY discouraged.
