Fix Sound and Audio Not working, No sound, Poor audio quality, Microphone, Speakers, Headphones, Bluetooth not working, etc. on Windows 11/10.
To fix this, you have to change the Sound Control Panel settings. You can open the Sound Control Panel via the Windows 11/10 Settings app and the Control Panel.
An internal build of Windows 11 had a hidden “Soundscape” page, presumably to replace 'Sounds' settings in the Control Panel.
