Eleven Yemeni detainees at Guantanamo Bay have been transferred to Oman, marking yet another detainee transfer from the military prison in the final days of the Biden administration.

The U.S. has transferred 11 Yemeni men to Oman after holding them for more than two decades without charge at the U.S. naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

The men released from Guantanamo Bay on Monday were never charged with crimes. Their resettlement leaves 15 at the U.S. military prison complex.

Eleven Yemeni detainees have been moved from the US military prison in Guantanamo Bay to Oman. The move has left 15 detainees in the prison in Cuba - the smallest number at any point in its history. In a statement,
