A Memphis woman had to take matters into her own hands last week when three suspects attempted to invade her home. New video obtained by FOX13 shows the homeowner shooting at the intruders, one of whom was struck and injured.

Shots were reported fired in South Memphis just before midnight, Memphis Police say. Around 11:40 p.m., officers say they were called to a home in the 1500 block of Ragan Street regarding a shooting call.

One person was critically injured in a shooting outside District 12 Social Club in Hickory Hill, Memphis, with shots fired from a vehicle that fled the scene.

Memphis Police (MPD) said it happened just before midnight at Cane Creek Apartments on Ragan Street, just off South Parkway East. Officers responded to an aggravated assault there and found a woman on the ground with a gunshot wound to her hip; she later told police that she's three months pregnant.
