Barcelona finally got positive news regarding Dani Olmo's situation and he's now available to play with the club—at least for now.

Raphinha has said that players “would probably think twice” about coming to Barcelona after Dani Olmo and Pau Victor were de-registered from their first-team squad. On January 4, Barcelona were planning to file a complaint to the Spanish government in their final attempt to register the two players after La Liga and the Spanish Federation (RFEF) refused to alter their stance on the registrations.

La Liga have made their final decision over Dani Olmo's Barcelona registration. Olmo, who joined Barca from RB Leipzig for £51 million last summer, was registered as a special exemption only for the first half of the season as the club could not meet La Liga 's wage cap restrictions.

Dani Olmo still can't feature for Barcelona given the team's failure to register him in La Liga because of financial issues.

Barcelona are planning to file a complaint to the Spanish government in their final attempt to register Dani Olmo and Pau Victor. That will come after both La Liga and RFEF (Spanish FA) have not acceded to change their stance and proceed to re-register both players.
