NVIDIA is and continues to be the gold standard for graphics cards, and AMD’s Radeon cards could just never quite stack up. The bad news doesn’t end there; Intel’s recent launch of their B580 GPU makes matters much worse.

Hot new GPUs are making CES 2025 a particularly noteworthy event. Nvidia announced its RTX 50 series Blackwell GPUs, and AMD unleashed its Radeon RX 9070 and 9070 XT. The timing sets up another exciting showdown between the graphics giants and introduces a new twist: Intel has made another attempt to enter the game (at least in the midrange market),

IGN sneakily put the RX 9070 graphics card through its paces in the built-in benchmark for Black Ops 6, and it appears to equal NVIDIA's RTX 4080 Super.
