Investigators say they found 27-year-old Tyrone Dewayne Hendrix shot and lying on the ground at Brother Bryan Park on Magnolia Avenue South around 10:40 p.m.

The Safe Summer concert series block party will be Saturday, June 7, starting at 5 p.m. in Brother Bryan Park. A stage will be set up to feature musical acts.
