Mumbai-based Lilavati Hospital has issued a statement over the attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. The 54-year-old actor was attacked with a knife by a thief at his residence.

He was taken to a nearby hospital at around 3.30am on Thursday with six injuries, two deeper than the others, the Hindustan Times newspaper reported.
