SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — After rising into the mid 30s Thursday, temperatures are set to drop again in Central New York as arctic air returns. With the cold comes another round of lake effect snow.

After a temporary break in the lake-effect snow activity, it is back as we head into the work week. Just in time for the Monday morning commute, locally heavy snow is expected along the lakeshore.
