Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier is launching an investigation into developer Roblox Corporation, alleging that the online game creator Roblox is a "breeding ground" for predators that enables child abuse.

A DeKalb County family filed a federal lawsuit against Roblox and Discord, claiming their now 14-year-old son was groomed by a predator who convinced him to send explicit photos.

Roblox, along with other games, are encountering server issues due to a global server outage happening this Oct. 20.

A widespread internet outage was reported Monday involving Amazon services that impacted several popular services like Snapchat, Fortnite and Roblox.
