The emperor penguin, dubbed Happy Feet, was released into the water from the New Zealand fisheries vessel Tangaroa near Campbell Island, about 700km south of New Zealand's South Island.

Flop the Humboldt penguin was born at Dudley Zoo back in April but her mother passed away shortly after and her dad started to leave the nest for long ... off her feet and couldn't move at all.
