If deleting files gets stuck at 99 on your Windows 11/10 computer, it indicates that data processing is complete, but the final cleanup steps have not yet been completed.

I guess I should point out these are roaming profiles and the temp internet files have been pulled out of the profile folder into the home directory that does not roam.
