Spring is on its way. Along with delivering warmer weather and more sunlight, it's also the time when the U.S. shifts into daylight saving time.

While the rest of the country will let out a tired groan when clocks spring forward on March 8, Arizonans don't have to worry.

This year's change from standard time to daylight saving time takes place Sunday, March 8, at 2 a.m. local time.
