Parts of the American Dream lost power on Monday afternoon, causing rides at the amusement park to be evacuated.
The power was restored Tuesday morning after going out at the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, N.J. Monday afternoon.
A settlement with East Rutherford could resolve a $15 million dispute for Triple Five Group’s New Jersey megamall.
Towns surrounding American Dream said the mall has not paid $25 million in local taxes. A deal to pay East Rutherford is under negotiation.
