ANN ARBOR, MI - A water main break early Friday morning shut down a portion of State Street. The water main broke at 2 a.m., Jan. 17. All southbound lanes between Stimson Street and Boardwalk Drive are closed, according to a city alert. Drivers should find alternative routes and avoid the area, officials said.

According to Belpre Mayor Susan Abdella, a 10-inch water main break happened on Lee Street, near 3rd and 4th Street. The reason is stated to be a clamp failed on the line, but why it failed has not been determined yet.

BALTIMORE -- A water main break caused major flooding on a road in Dundalk Friday morning. The Baltimore County Department of Public Works (DPW) said the 10-inch break was located at the intersection of Dundalk and Holabird Avenues.
