Roads and neighborhoods in Shanghai flooded on Friday as the Chinese megacity was battered by a second typhoon days after it was hit by its strongest storm in 75 years. Pulasan is the second typhoon to make landfall in China this year, following Typhoon Bebinca, the 13th typhoon of the year, which churned ashore at Shanghai's Lingang area of Pudong district on Monday. Its intensity is forecast to gradually weaken as it moves inland, said the Zhejiang meteorological observatory.
