Maddison suffered a suspected ACL injury 10 days' before Tottenham's season starts against PSG in the Super Cup

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder James Maddison has suffered a “bad knee injury” according to new head coach Thomas Frank. Maddison came off the bench in the second half of Tottenham’s 1-1 draw with Newcastle United at the Seoul World Cup Stadium in South Korea on Sunday.

The Tottenham Hotspur vs Newcastle United game ended in a 1-1 draw, but the focus quickly shifted to James Maddison, who was stretchered off the pitch after a knee injury.
