Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce celebrated their second Christmas as a couple this year, and part of their to-do list appears to have been sending holiday presents to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's teammates and their families.

Taylor Swift showed her support for Travis Kelce after he earned his 77th receiving touchdown on the Chiefs on Christmas Day and became the all-time franchise leader in the stat.

Though both superstars are always on the go, a source told Page Six that they make it a priority to stick together as much as possible. “Taylor and Travis live fairly nomadic lives, and Taylor has home bases everywhere, but they live everywhere together,” the source added.
