The college basketball offseason is now in full swing, and with it, USC men’s basketball has seen significant roster turnover. On Tuesday, the Trojans picked up perhaps their biggest addition of the offseason to date in Maryland transfer Rodney Rice. This offsets the blow created by the departure of Desmond Claude in the portal.

Rodney Rice narrowed his next destination to six men’s basketball schools, including Maryland. On Tuesday, Rice made his decision. The 6-foot-4, 198-pound shooting guard announced via social media that he will stay in the Big Ten and transfer to USC.
