FRANKFORT, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Franklin County Coroner has identified the Fayette County teenager that was killed in a crash on Sunday morning in Franklin County.

The Lexington teen killed in a Franklin County crash has been identified. The Franklin County Coroner’s Office says 16-year-old Joshua Ragland of Lexington was killed in a crash on Sunday. Kentucky State Police say the crash happened around 11 a.

James Ross Wightman, 65, was jailed on Friday and charged with six counts of illegal voting, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Troopers said a 16-year-old boy from Fayette County was ejected from the Highlander and seriously injured. He was taken to the Frankfort Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead by the Franklin County Coroner’s Office. An investigation into the crash remains ongoing.

A teenager was killed in a crash on Interstate 64 Sunday morning, according to Kentucky State Police. A little after 11 a.m., KSP was called to investigate a crash on I-64 in Franklin County near the 59-mile marker in the westbound lane.
