Bobby Whitlock, the keyboard player and singer who co-founded Derek and the Dominos and played on George Harrison's 'All Things Must Pass,' died at 77.

Whitlock founded the pioneering band alongside Eric Clapton, recorded with George Harrison, and enjoyed a successful career as a solo musician.

Musician Bobby Whitlock, who co-founded the band Derek and the Dominos, has died aged 77. The keyboard player and vocalist was best known for forming the blues rock band with Eric Clapton in 1970, however they only ever released one album and broke up after a year.
