Senate hopeful Rep. Buddy Carter of Georgia nominated Trump for Nobel Peace Prize for Iran-Israel ceasefire. He's been nominated before but never won.

The head of the Israel Defense Forces said Tuesday that “the campaign against Iran is not over” as a ceasefire between the two countries went into effect. President Donald Trump also vowed that Israel will not attack Iran and told Israel to bring its pilots home.

This week’s whipsaw chain of events involving Iran, Israel and the United States that culminated in a surprise ceasefire has raised many questions about how the Trump administration will approach the Middle East going forward.
