Georgia’s state school superintendent says he wants the state to spend more money to guarantee security officers and wearable panic alert buttons after a school shooting killed four at Apalachee High School outside Atlanta.

Officials said so far this school year four students have been arrested for either posting an online threat or bringing a weapon to school.

Apalachee High wasn't the first Georgia school to see a shooting. According to Everytown, there have been six this year and more than 80 since 2013.
