Per their website, service animals are allowed, but pets are not.

Is there a free parking?
A:
Yes when we went there about 5pm. You have to pay entrance fees.

Are wheel chairs available to rent?
A:
I saw several people with wheeled walkers that have a seat on them navigate this path just fine. There are many benches to use.

What's the scenery like in winter/January? Is it still a good site to see during this time?
A:
From what I understand, it's closed in Dec-Jan-Feb, so the answer would be that it's good to see, but you can only do so from outside.
