Like many have stated previously - call to check first if it's operating as it often closes due to wind/weather. I'd also recommend making a booking as walk-ups don't seem to be too readily available… Full review by evand774
Is there an area for family or friends to wait? Our kids don't want to do it but we do and want to know they have a place to wait.

Yes, there is a place to wait inside and they will call the jumper's name right before they go and you can go to an outside viewing area and see them jump.
14 with parental consent, 53 inches, 265 lbs max. When I went I was weighed twice and checked closely. Even if you meet the requirements, you have fit the equipment properly.
