Do you need an advance ticket to go? Online is a little confusing—says nothing is available 10/25, but the site doesn’t mention being reservation-only or anything. Thank you! Sorry if a silly question, just don’t want to make the drive and not be able to get in.

What is the best time of the day to visit? I imagine the earlier, the better to avoid crowds. But when is it also best in regards to the animals and their activity/willingness to interact at feedings?

We were there mid day and it was pretty warm but the animals were all very willing to interact. It was a lot of fun.
