Tickets are typically available online which is how I bought mine. It would concern me that they may be sold out so i would call them or mail them to see availability. If there is availability, then get there at say 6pm so you can buy them. There is space to tailgate

Are the bleachers on dirt, grass or gravel?
A:
There’s a grassy hill behind the bleachers, leading to the port a pots. We think it was a concrete slab that the bleachers sat on, but approaching them, it’s a gravel type walkway.

Are strollers allowed and if so, is there a place to stow it near the bleachers ?

I'd check their website to confirm, but I think so. There's plenty of space behind the bleachers to leave one.
